Formula 1 teams and drivers are set for high temperatures and humidity during the upcoming Bahrain Grand Prix.
The race at the Bahrain International Circuit comes off the back of the Japanese Grand Prix and forms the second part of the first triple-header of the 2025 season.
Max Verstappen clinched the victory in Suzuka after starting from pole position. The Red Bull driver was joined on the podium by McLaren drivers Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, who finished in second and third, respectively.

Friday, 11 April
Practice 1: 14:30 – 15:30 local time
Practice 2: 18:00 – 19:00 local time
The teams and drivers can expect high temperatures of 32°C during the first day of free practice with 45% humidity. Winds NNW will blow between 10 and 20 mph. With sunset expected to take place at 17:59, practice 2 will kick off under the lights of the Bahrain International Circuit.
Humidity is anticipated to climb to 69% overnight, but the threat of rain only rises from 3% during the day to 5% when the sun goes down.

Saturday, 12 April
Practice 3: 15:30 – 16:30 local time
Qualifying: 19:00 – 20:00 local time
Saturday is expected to see similar conditions to Friday, with temperatures reaching 33°C and humidity at 46% during the day and 67% during the night. Northern winds will reach speeds between 10 and 20 mph, and the sun will set at the same time as Friday.
Rain continues to not be a threat on qualifying day with only a 3-4% chance of wet weather.
Sunday, 13 April
Grand Prix: 18:00 local time
Race day will be generally clear with a high temperature of 31°C. Humidity is expected to be higher during the day in comparison to Friday and Saturday at 51%. This will likely rise to 65% during the night.
Sunset is expected to take place as the race starts at 6 p.m. local time.
