The first triple-header of the 2025 Formula 1 season is approaching. As the teams leave Shanghai after the Chinese Grand Prix, they head into a small break ahead of the Japanese Grand Prix in a couple of weeks from now.
Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri have secured the first two race wins of the year in Australia and China, respectively. The former currently leads the drivers’ standings with 44 points followed by Max Verstappen in second with 36 points and George Russell in third with 35 points.
When is the next F1 race?
The next Formula 1 race is the Japanese Grand Prix, which is set to take place on 4-6 April. The race at the iconic Suzuka circuit will kick off the first triple-header of the season. It is closely followed by the Bahrain and Saudi Arabian Grands Prix in the two weeks following.
