Excitement is building around the official arrival of Lewis Hamilton to Ferrari as he is expected to arrive at their Maranello factory in Italy to begin work on the 2025 season.
Ferrari has been teasing his arrival on their social media platforms all week, as he is planning to take part in a private test with them at Fiorano in the SF-23 from the 2022 season.
The seven-time world champion will not drive their 2025 challenger until the official pre-season testing begins in Bahrain at the end of February. Hamilton will get to take part in at least three tests before heading to pre-season testing.
Ferrari are worried about a potential issue that could impact Hamilton, given the amount of fans that are going to be eager to get their first glimpse of him in the car.
Images on social media have now emerged of Hamilton spending his first hours at Maranello, with fans eager to speculate over what might be happening for him on social media.

Hamilton was spotted at Maranello for the first time in images that have emerged of him exiting a car on the social media website Instagram.
Taking to the comments section, some fans are eager to point out the attire that Hamilton is wearing as he headed into the factory.
One fan wrote: “Note the tie jacket look, I think they are taking the official photos today” in reference to the headshots that Ferrari could distribute to media and fans.
Some fans commented on his style “Always on point !!!” while another showed their excitement and said “We’re on it now. Gassed up.”
Another fan commented on how smart he looked: “Madonna in a jacket and tie” while some questioned why he had it on in the first place: “Is that a tie I see?” with another adding “But in a jacket and tie?”
Lewis Hamilton’s first days at Ferrari important ahead of key 2025 season
The first days at Ferrari are going to be key for Hamilton as he bids to win an eighth world title in his debut year with the Maranello-based squad.
Hamilton will have the same engineering team as Sebastian Vettel at Ferrari, with Riccardo Adami his main race engineer replacing Peter Bonnington.

The seven-time world champion will likely be taking part in a sim session before making his on-track debut with the team, although Ferrari has been pretty close-chested over when they might happen.
Hamilton has not had to adapt to new surroundings since he made the switch from McLaren to Mercedes in 2013, with this set to be one of the biggest tests of his F1 career.
