The 2025 Formula 1 season sees a new cohort of drivers arrive on the grid and several established stars racing for different teams.
The biggest headlines are Lewis Hamilton’s move to Ferrari and the knock-on effect that had which saw Carlos Sainz eventually end up at Williams.
However, there are storylines up and down the paddock that are equally intriguing.
Even at McLaren and Aston Martin – the other two teams not to change either of their drivers – the intra-squad battles are going to be fierce.
McLaren know they will need to perfect their team orders, with Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri both gunning for the drivers’ championship.
Every driver knows that the first and arguably most important battle they need to win is against their teammate.
They’re the only other person on the grid with the same car and the only person they can accurately judge their performance against.
Several drivers on the grid are developing a reputation for always defeating their teammates.
Max Verstappen has proven impossible to beat at Red Bull, with Liam Lawson his latest challenger after Sergio Perez’s F1 exit.
Charles Leclerc has come out on top at Ferrari for years, but Hamilton’s arrival could bring that to an end.
However, another driver Formula 1 fans are confident is going to win another head-to-head is Racing Bulls star Yuki Tsunoda.
The 87-race star welcomes Isack Hadjar to the team off the back of an impressive Formula 2 campaign where he finished runner-up in the championship to new Sauber driver Gabriel Bortoleto.
Formula 1 fans think Yuki Tsunoda is going to dominate Isack Hadjar at Racing Bulls

The F1 75 launch event takes place in London on Tuesday, and in the build-up to the ceremony, all 10 teams have been teasing various elements of their looks for 2025.
Although a ban on showing any liveries was imposed, each team has shared team kits and the driver’s race suits and Racing Bulls are no exception.
F1 tweeted several pictures of Tsunoda and Hadjar together alongside the caption: “Yuki x Isack. Suited up for 2025 with @visacashapprb!”

In the replies to the post, fans were making predictions for the upcoming season, with one suggesting: “Ready to smoke another teammate and not get a Red Bull seat”
This is in reference to Red Bull promoting Liam Lawson instead of Tsunoda at the end of 2024 after Perez’s release was confirmed.
Another fan said, “Yuki x Isack, the dawn of a new era!” while the ongoing theme of Tsunoda’s Red Bull future continued with one comment suggesting, “Justice for Yuki”
One commenter replied, “My boy Yuki ready to smoke another teammate” and another suggested he may not have been particularly happy during the photoshoot admitting, “Yuki looks like he wants to be anywhere else.”
That was a common theme in the comments with one post highlighting, “Yuki is not happy, he doesn’t deserve to be treated like this,” however, the Japanese driver is likely to be much happier once he’s in the car during pre-season.
Yuki Tsunoda and Isack Hadjar both face uncertain futures at Racing Bulls in 2025
Racing Bulls – the team formally known as RB, AlphaTauri, Toro Rosso and originally Minardi – are synonymous with making difficult decisions regarding driver’s futures.
Tsunoda has seen off Nyck de Vries and Daniel Ricciardo in recent seasons and despite scoring more points than Lawson, was overlooked by Christian Horner.
However, 2025 could be Tsunoda’s final year within the Red Bull family due to Honda’s concluding partnership with the team.

Hadjar is only on a one-year contract at Racing Bulls are will be looking over his shoulder if his performances aren’t up to scratch.
Red Bull are extremely excited about Arvid Lindblad and if he has a strong Formula 2 campaign, they’ll be hoping to find him an F1 seat in 2026.
He’s already got the required superlicence points to race in Formula 1 and if Tsunoda shows up Hadjar like some fans expect, he could be in real trouble.
