Pop sensation Lady Gaga has had her new song, ‘Garden of Eden’, featured in ESPN’s new Formula 1 promotional campaign.
With the 2025 F1 season starting on March 14 with the Australian Grand Prix, advertising for the upcoming year has ramped up. This comes on top of the Drive to Survive trailer being released on the first of the month, allowing fans of the sport to settle into the idea of the sport returning.

With Lewis Hamilton now with Ferrari, McLaren coming off a championship win, and one of the most exciting title fights of this era expected to play out, there’s plenty to be excited for.
The lyrics sung over clips of the previous F1 season tease an adrenaline-filled year.
“Go get your friends and meet me on the floor/You’re out of candy? I can get you more/DJ, hit the lights.
“I’ll take you to the Garden of Eden/Poisoned apple, take a bite/I’ll take you to the Garden of Eden/You’re turning green from the adrenaline.”
According to a press release, the song will feature on Lady Gaga’s album, Mayhem. And other music from the record will feature throughout the season.

This isn’t the first time music and F1 has overlapped. Only two years ago, will.i.am created a piece of music called THE FORMULA. The musician performed it live at the opening ceremony of the Miami Grand Prix.
The former Black Eyed Peas front man is good friends with Lewis Hamilton. Talking with Sports Illustrated, he discussed the driver’s talent, both on and off the track, adding that he “sings amazingly.”
“It’s 2007 and, boy did he. It’s kind of not fair that he’s that good and he sings amazingly. Seriously, I’ve been in the studio with Lewis, he’s an amazing singer. Like, amazing. How can someone be so talented?
“That’s really annoying and he’s the kind of cat, if he comes on stage with you, he’s probably going to out-vocal you. If you introduce him to your girlfriend, she’s going to think he’s hot. If you’re in a car, he’s going to out-race you. You feel what I’m saying? Not fair, bro. Like, come on, suck at something.”
Gaga will be performing her new song live this Saturday on SNL.
