Lewis Hamilton and Tom Holland, arguably two of Britain’s biggest celebrities, have joined forces as the pair promote their respective non-alcoholic drink brands ahead of this weekend’s Miami Grand Prix. Sharing a celebratory cheers together ahead of this race weekend’s action at the 30th Annual Beverage Forum held at the Westdrift Hotel, Manhattan Beach, California on Tuesday, this unlikely pairing is a welcome sight.
The 40-year-old driver and 28-year-old Marvel actor both attended the beverage industry event to promote their two brands in the rapidly growing non-alcoholic sector. The Ferrari driver attended with Almave, while Holland promoted his BERO alcohol-free beer.
It’s a busy week for the seven-time world champion as he readies himself not only for his first Miami campaign in red, but also the 2025 Met Gala on the following Monday, where he will be celebrating the theme of ‘Superfine: Tailoring Black Style.’
He has been working closely with Casa Lumbre, launching his non-alcoholic spirit in October of 2023.
He said the following on the brand in the official press release:
“I’m excited to introduce people to Almave – it’s a project I’ve been working on for a long time with Casa Lumbre.
“There’s a huge appetite for quality alternatives for those times when people don’t want to drink alcohol but also don’t want to compromise on flavour, which is why it was important that our product includes agave to reflect the taste of conventional tequila.

“I think it tastes amazing and what we have created is unlike anything else on the market, so I can’t wait to see what you all think.”
Holland, who rose to fame through his roles as Spider-Man and Billy Elliot, among others, said the following during the event, via Just Jared:
“For me BERO represents a lifestyle and it’s about inclusion and people feeling comfortable in social environments, which is something I really struggled with when I got sober,” he said, reflecting on his own fight with alcohol consumption.
“If we can build this brand and it represents that for its lifetime, then I think it would be something I would be incredibly proud of. Not only does it look great and tastes great; but I’m more proud of how it can help people.
“And if that messaging can stay strong and central, then I think we would have achieved what we set out to do.”
Holland is a keen supporter of F1, with him previously showing strong support for Hamilton and even waving the chequered flag at the 2023 Monaco Grand Prix. Following their time together on the West Coast, Hamilton will fly to Miami for the International Autodrome circuit, where he will be looking to improve on his performance with Ferrari after a difficult season so far.
