After wearing Ferrari kit to all but one race so far this season, fans were excited to see Lewis Hamilton return to the paddock, this time in an outfit revolving around designer Rick Owens.
The seven-time champion arrived this morning wearing a matching ensemble taken from the Fall Winter 2025-2026 menswear collection by Rick Owens, consisting of a hoodie and bootcut trousers. “It’s about the appeal of when you’re living with very little, of elimination and asceticism. Of not having to rely on stuff,” Owens said of the collection via Vogue.
To complement the sandy colour of the clothes, Hamilton wore a pair of classic Timberland six-inch boots – the same boots he wore with his famous red outfit featuring on the Sunday of the 2024 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. These are available for £190.00 from the brand’s official store.
For sunglasses, the former Mercedes driver is wearing Ray-Ban RB4454 Lukas sunglasses currently available from their store for £202.00. Unsurprising with the brand being a sponsor of Ferrari.
The necklace is unknown.
Recently a co-chair of the 2025 Met Gala, Hamilton has always been closely entangled with fashion.
“As a teenager I didn’t have any money for clothes; my family and I spent it all on racing” he wrote in a Vogue feature at the time.
“Firstly, it’s a real honour and privilege and something that I’ve been working on for a long, long time to get into that position. Just getting to go to the Met Gala was always something really special.

“Having seen the hosts before, I remember I would look on and think ‘it would be cool one day to be a host’. Anna’s been so gracious as to include me within that group.
“It is such a prestigious event, but that one thing showed that it can be a great event and also have a positive impact,” he added. “She’s brought me on board and that’s what we’re doing on a bigger scale now moving forwards, so I’m really grateful to be part of that.”
