With all of the teams gearing up to start the 2025 Formula 1 season, several of them are running private tests to get their drivers up to speed.

Haas have already ran both Esteban Ocon and Oliver Bearman as part of their first Testing of Previous Cars session in Jerez, while Lewis Hamilton is expected to run for the first time for Ferrari this week.

The seven-time world champion was already seen at Maranello and later posted a photo, which Ferrari fans admired because Hamilton was wearing a suit and tie.

Hamilton will get to take part in at least three tests before heading to pre-season testing in Bahrain at the end of February, however, there are also a few other teams that will be running their new drivers in the next two months.

Teams making preparations ahead of F1 75 launch and pre-season testing

January and February are usually home to car launches for teams, although a lot of them are now using it as a way to test their drivers before the new season.

This is because this year, the teams have all effectively agreed to launch their cars at the same time to commemorate the 75th year of the championship.

The event, which takes place at London’s O2 Arena, will see all the teams unveil their liveries for the upcoming season.

Some teams will also be doing their own events, with Ferrari set to launch their 2025 challenger at Maranello the day after the F1 75 event.

Haas have also confirmed their plans to run their 2025 car for the first time on track, with the team choosing to prioritise Esteban Ocon over Oliver Bearman.
