With the glamorous Monaco Grand Prix weekend upon us, Port Hercule has a new visitor commanding attention among the ultra-luxury vessels lining its famous harbour. Symphony, the $150 million superyacht owned by LVMH chairman Bernard Arnault, has become a standout attraction.
Symphony is the first Feadship vessel to exceed 100 metres in length, measuring at 333 feet (101 metres). It was built by Dutch shipyard Feadship in 2015 and features exterior design by renowned British yacht designer Tim Heywood. The superyacht spans six decks and can accommodate up to 20 guests in eight luxurious cabins.
The interior is masterfully designed by Zuretti Interior Design and features light-wash wood panels, neutral furniture and gold accents. Some of the jaw-dropping aspects of the superyacht include a glass-bottomed swimming pool with a cascading waterfall edge, outdoor and indoor cinemas, a private owner’s deck with sauna and jacuzzi terrace, a wellness centre, beach club, and a pop-up golf tee with biodegradable balls.
Symphony reaches a top speed of 21 knots and is powered by MTU engines. It can be spotted arriving in Monaco at 30:26 in the video below.
The impressive superyacht arrived in the bustling port for the weekend of racing in Monte Carlo, joining another superyacht that has caught the attention of petrolheads: the Sarastar, which has the addition of a rare McLaren Solus GT hypercar parked on its deck.
Louis Vuitton’s partnership with Formula 1
Louis Vuitton became a partner of F1 and the title sponsor of the Australian Grand Prix at the start of 2025. This came after LVMH joined the sport as a Global Partner on a ten-year contract from 2025. As part of the collaboration, the F1 trophies are presented in the iconic trunks from the fashion brand.
F1 President and CEO Stefano Domenicali stated at the time:
“We are thrilled to welcome Louis Vuitton as title partner for our first 2025 race. This is a partnership between two global icons linked first and foremost by their great passion for innovation, excellence and creativity, which makes them two exceptional timeless stories.
“The entry of Louis Vuitton not only enhances the experience of our sport, but celebrates the union of luxury, craftsmanship, and the highest expression of automotive competition. 2025 will be an epic year for Formula 1 and I am proud to start it with our passionate partners at Louis Vuitton.”
The trophy trunk for the 2025 Monaco Grand Prix was unveiled ahead of the race.
