This $500k luxury apartment boasts a front-row seat to F1 in Saudi Arabia

Those lucky enough to be watching Friday’s FP2 of the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix from within the boundaries of the track were witness to Lando Norris topping the timesheets, leading his McLaren team-mate Oscar Piastri by just 0.163s. For a true enthusiast, nothing beats the atmosphere of being at a track. But what if you could live this experience every day?

Nestled in Al Bahr Towers’ Middle Tower, a 207 sqm luxury apartment with direct views of both the Red Sea and the Jeddah Corniche Circuit is now available to buy. Priced at 2,000,000 SAR ($533,000 USD), it’s a little more expensive than a weekend ticket to the Formula 1, but gives you a permanent view of the temporary street circuit.

As F1 has grown into the global behemoth under the control of Liberty Media, the sport has found itself sat even closer to luxury brands and partnerships. The arrival of luxury conglomerate LVMH is proof of this, with the organisation boasting the likes of Tag Heuer, Dior, and Louis Vuitton under its vast umbrella.

It’s no surprise that real estate is following in these footsteps as companies create accommodation to match such levels of affluence.

The three bedroom residence, listed on Bayut where you can browse their full gallery of images, sits on the coast with not only a view of the sparkling Red Sea, but with a view over the 27-turn track, as well – the perfect panorama to pop the cork of a bottle of Moët & Chandon champagne. Sat on the second floor of the Middle Tower, it comes fully furnished and boasts the latest amenities, including split air conditioning systems, a fully equipped kitchen, private parking, and – of course – dedicated rooms for staff in the shape of rooms for both your driver and maid.

It also sits just 1.4 km away from the Red Sea Mall, so when you’re finished soaking in the racing fuel fumes of the track, you can sink some more money into team merch. And with three en-suites, there will be no excuse to not be hosting F1 watch parties.

Of course, with talks of Saudi Arabia’s new track expected to be ready for 2027, there’s not a lot of time to enjoy the apartment. But with the future of the existing setup currently unconfirmed, it could well stay on the F1 calendar in a rotational contract, or maybe host other forms of motorsport entirely.

Luxury trackside accommodation has become incredibly popular, with Motorsport.com covering a similar apartment next to the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas. At Silverstone, the legendary home of racing in England, the Escapade Silverstone development offers 60 luxury residences along the track. Some of these apartments are just 12 metres away from the tarmac.

For the right buyer, this is a highly enticing offer. But with the future of the Jeddah track currently in a state of flux, the luxury and opulence of Jeddah itself may have to be do.
